Lori Rosenbarker

Lori’s journey into caregiving began in 2018 when her late husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. For three years, her world revolved around providing care, and today she continues that role by caring for her elderly mother. These experiences shaped her deep compassion, patience, and sensitivity to the challenges seniors and their families face during times of transition.

As a Senior Transition Specialist, Lori is dedicated to guiding families with understanding and respect, creating individualized care plans that ensure timely and efficient services. With over 20 years of experience in real estate problem-solving, she also brings unique insight into helping seniors and their families explore the best options for selling a home. Whether navigating personal care or property solutions, Lori’s mission is to support families with both heart and expertise.

Michael Reilly

Growing up in sunny San Diego, Michael cherished every moment. After high school, he pursued a career in personal training, where he enjoyed helping clients achieve their goals. He later transitioned into real estate sales, learning a great deal about providing service to families in a variety of situations.

In 2018, when his father became ill, Michael helped wherever he could to make him feel more comfortable during treatments. The kindness and thoughtfulness shown by the healthcare professionals his father encountered inspired Michael to find a career in health services. Now, as a senior transition specialist, he works with families, helping them navigate the process of finding care for their loved ones and removing as much of the burden as possible.

Donna Kendall

Donna Kendall’s journey into senior care began with a deeply personal mission: navigating the complexities of care options for her aging parents and beloved aunt. Through these experiences, she recognized a pressing need for compassionate, knowledgeable guidance to help seniors—and their families—find the care solutions best suited to their unique needs.

As a retired military wife, Donna brings a wealth of life experience, adaptability, and empathy to her role. Her diverse background includes roles as a Pilates instructor, mother, grandmother, and real estate problem solver—all of which contribute to her multifaceted approach to helping others.

Now, as a Senior Transition Specialist with New Horizon, Donna combines her passion for service with her dedication to supporting families during one of life’s most significant transitions. Known for her warmth, energy, and unwavering commitment, she considers it a privilege to walk alongside seniors and their loved ones, offering clarity and care every step of the way.
